What to expect
Beginning counselling can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. Sessions with me are a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, move at your own pace, and feel truly heard without judgement. Together we will gently explore what you’re experiencing, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and work towards greater clarity, emotional balance, and self-understanding. I work in a compassionate, trauma-informed way, tailoring our work to your needs so you feel safe, supported, and empowered
throughout the process.

Your first session
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like support with, and what you hope might feel different over time. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable,there is no pressure to go into everything straight away. We will also talk about how I work, answer any questions you may have, and think together about what support might be most helpful for you.

Going forward
Future sessions are shaped around you. We may explore patterns, emotions, relationships, past experiences, or current challenges, always at a pace that feels manageable. Some sessions may focus on understanding, others on processing, and others on building practical ways to cope, regulate, and move forward. Counselling is a collaborative process, and we will regularly reflect on how things are going so the work continues to feel meaningful, supportive, and aligned with your needs.

Session cost: £55 and can be payed by bank transfer
